Our Mission
Our mission is to help youth and women across Kerala become successful entrepreneurs through a flexible Education Service Centre model—available at home or in office—combining learning, mentoring, and hands-on business support.
Our Unique Model
We envision establishing an Education Service Centre in every pincode across Kerala, each led by a trained and certified Ekajalaka Kendra Entrepreneur. With Kerala's 5,065 post offices as a reference point, our goal is to nurture 5,065 empowered entrepreneurs, each dedicated to delivering doorstep educational and career services within their community.
Through this initiative, these entrepreneurs will guide students and parents by offering career counseling, mentoring, and education support, helping them find clarity on questions such as:
- What are my natural talents, abilities, and skills?
- Which career path best suits me?
- Which course and college should I choose?
